Tiyana's footsteps were silent as she was skulking around the seemingly abandoned warehouse in the City of Common Second of Elderhearth. The night was quiet, but that was usual for the late night hours on a Wednesday. It was the middle of the week, and the Common Second was a worker city. People there were resting before their morning shifts inside Elderhearth's many factories and other workshops. She had bribed the few Night Guards that were prowling the area, and her path was clear and unobstructed. THE INCIDENT AT GRENZBERG  It was a cold autumn day. The first snows were already starting to fall in the Siewersk mountainside. The Intercontinental Train was spewing clouds of grey smoke as it was making its way over the Eisberige Pass, near the South border between Siewersk and Sredinah. The train was comfortable. Passenger wagons were comfortable enough, with traveling compartments that could each fit eight people inside. This train was not very full, since at that time, most people in Siewersk were preparing for the upcoming winter, and many of them didn't want to travel away from their country.
